A plan that can pay for itself  ·  For American seniors on Medicare
The math, plainly

For many of our customers,
this plan essentially pays for itself.

Here's how. The built-in pharmacy reimbursement returns up to $600 per year — which, for customers already taking regular medications, lines up almost exactly with the monthly premium.

Monthly premium*
~$53/mo
Approximate, varies by age & state
Pharmacy benefit*
$50/mo
$25 brand / $10 generic per fill, up to $600/yr
Net out-of-pocket*
~$3/mo
For roughly $100,000 in available coverage

The pharmacy benefit pays $25 toward each brand-name fill and $10 toward each generic, up to $600 per year. Two brand-name medications a month already returns about $50 a month — which, for most plan holders, lines up almost exactly with the monthly premium.

The net effect: home healthcare coverage, hospital indemnity, and a $3,500 family caregiver benefit — for what often works out to just a few dollars a month, or sometimes nothing at all.

The problem

There's a gap in Medicare.
Most seniors don't see it coming.

Medicare is essential — but it isn't comprehensive. The biggest gaps show up exactly when families are most vulnerable: hospitalization and long-term home care.

21 days
Maximum home healthcare typically covered by Medicare before benefits taper off — and only under specific medical conditions.
$80,000/yr
Approximate median cost of ongoing home healthcare in the United States. Medicare doesn't cover custodial care long-term.
$2–3,000
Typical out-of-pocket cost per hospitalization on a Medicare Advantage plan, even after copays kick in.

The result is a quiet, predictable problem: families drain savings, lean on adult children, or simply go without the care they need. Indemnify America exists to help close that gap before it ever shows up at your door.

Frequently asked

Good questions, plain answers.

Is this Medicare? Will it replace what I already have?

No. Indemnify America is not Medicare, and our agents are not connected with or endorsed by the U.S. Government or the federal Medicare program. The plans we represent are supplemental — they work alongside your existing Medicare or Medicare Advantage coverage to fill the gaps those plans leave behind. You keep what you have. We add to it.

What does Medicare actually leave uncovered?

Medicare provides only short-term home healthcare under specific medical conditions — typically up to about 21 days, and only for skilled services. It does not cover ongoing custodial care (help with bathing, dressing, meals, mobility), and Medicare Advantage plans typically charge $2,000–$3,000 out-of-pocket per hospitalization. Our plans pay cash benefits directly to you to help cover those gaps.

How do I qualify?

Most American seniors aged 50–85 on Medicare in approved states qualify, subject to a short set of health questions during enrollment. The fastest way to find out is to request a quote and let a licensed agent walk through your specific situation with you. There's no obligation.

What does it cost?

Premiums vary by plan, age, and state. Most clients we work with find comprehensive coverage starting around $50 per month — and the included prescription benefit often offsets a meaningful portion of that. Your agent will quote exact pricing during your free consultation. No hidden fees, no surprises.

How does the cash benefit work?

When a covered event occurs — a home healthcare service or a hospital admission — the insurance carrier pays a fixed dollar amount directly to you, not to the provider. You decide how to use it: pay deductibles, cover rent, replace lost income, hire help, anything. The check belongs to you.

Will I be pressured to buy?

Never. Our agents are trained to explain and educate. If a plan isn't right for you, they'll tell you so. After enrollment, you also have a state-mandated free-look period to review the full policy paperwork — and if it's not right, you cancel for a full refund.

Who actually issues the policy?

The plans we represent are issued by licensed, established insurance carriers regulated by your state's Department of Insurance. Your agent will tell you exactly which carrier and policy form you're considering before you commit to anything — and you can verify everything independently.
